This gorgeous modern home at 410 Pine Drive in Southlake was the highest priced home sold this year in Southlake.
Wynne Moore of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, who listed the home, said, “It is a nice, sleek contemporary, which isn’t found too frequently in Southlake but the trend is going that way. Plus, it had a huge pool that looked like you’d been whisked off to a restort.”
In addition, the home was spacious at 12,000 square feet on almost 3 acres with a private pond and gated entrance. “The location is excellent— very secluded, but close to everything in Southlake,” added Wynne.
